When an investigation into a suspicious User or a suspicious transaction has been initiated, and in the event that said investigation in respect of the User or transaction is pursued further, CNB shall not destroy any relevant records even though the prescribed period for retention by the reporting authority has elapsed, for the reason that we are subjected to certain anti-money laundering laws.
